Returns - 30 Day Guarantee

Your 30-day return guarantee begins on your order date.

We only accept returned goods if they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Damaged & Faulty

Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
2. The original packaging with labels and tags attached.

We apologies for any inconveniences caused, we do not refund products that are intimate, for example, underwear or earrings.

Additional non-returnable/non-refundable items:

How to Request A Return

If you wish to claim a refund and return please contact us at CustomerServices@AngelosOutlet.com

Please address the subject of your email with RETURN: ORDER NUMBER. 
Using the body of your email, please send us a descriptive explanation for your refund and any photos that may justify the return.

We aim to respond to queries within 2 business days with details on how to return the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in our response. If your refund is approved, a credit will be returned by payment method used, once item has been received, or, a Proof of Postage Return has been provided by email. 

If your item is returned to us without using tracked methods, Angelo's Outlet cannot hold responsibility for items lost. Refunds will not be awarded to items not safely returned. 

Late or Missing Refunds

1. If you don't know whether or not you've received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 

2. Then contact your credit card company (if you used a Credit Card), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

3. Alternative, contact your bank if you paid by debit. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Customerservices@AngelosOutlet.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item because it is either damaged of defective during shipping, send us an email at Customerservices@AngelosOutlet.com. 

Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
